At Home Spa

An at-home spa cure is greatest when topped off with a relaxing, stimulating pedicure. The average being takes 8,000 to 10,000 steps per day, so taking good care of your feet is important.

Allow me to share some simple steps that'll let you pamper your feet in half-hour or less:

Steep your feet for about ten minutes in a pail or plastic bowl filled up with warm water and several drops of chamomile and violet (which have excellent relaxing properties that will soothe your tired, aching feet)

Relate a cuticle softener; after a couple of minutes, beat back the cuticles gently using an orangewood stick.

Use a pumice stone to remove dead skin cells.

Use an exfoliating paste; then relate a moisturizing cream so that you can hydrate the skin, as well as improve versatility and promote recreation. Don't forget your toes!

Apply a base coat, then put in 2 coats of your preferred nail polish color, as above. Follow with a topcoat. Only use nail polish on irregular weeks in order to avoid nail staining

And voila! Your perfect at home spa treatment. You can also do this spa custom a weekly event and invite your best friends to your very own spa events at home. They'll thank you for introducing them to such an low-cost, fast beauty routine. Enjoy!
